Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Leveair, a product offered by GO CUE AI, INC. ("gocue.ai," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation. References to "Leveair," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms mean GO CUE AI, INC. By creating an account or using leveair, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

All intellectual property in Leveair, including the leveair name and the gocue.ai name and marks, is owned by GO CUE AI, INC.

2. What leveair Is

leveair is a secure document vault and living-link sharing platform. It is designed for both businesses and individuals who need to store important documents and share them securely with others — with full visibility into who accessed what, and the ability to revoke access at any time.

Core features include:

  • Vault — secure storage for documents, records, contacts, and business identity information.
  • LeveShare (living links) — shareable links that let recipients view a curated set of documents. Senders control what is shown, who can access it, and for how long. Links can be revoked instantly.
  • Access tracking — every time a recipient opens, downloads, or interacts with a shared link, that action is logged and visible to the sender.
  • Space — the vault workspace associated with your organization, where documents and LeveShare links are organized and managed.
  • Per-viewer access restriction — senders can permanently restrict specific email addresses from accessing a particular shared link. Restricted viewers receive a standard access-unavailable message that does not disclose the specific reason for restriction.
  • Viewer Inbox — recipients of LeveShare links can view all links shared with their email address in one place at leveair.com/my-links, without creating an account. Identity is verified by email each session.

leveair is not a legal, financial, tax, or compliance advisor. We provide tools for document management and sharing, not professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you store or share through the service.

3. Your Account

To use leveair, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide a valid email address.
  • Create a password that meets our security requirements (minimum 10 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol).
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@gocue.ai.

Biometric login. You may optionally enable Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a device passkey for faster sign-in (see our Privacy Policy § 12a for the privacy details). Biometric login is a convenience layer — your account is still protected by your password and optional two-factor authentication, which remain the means of account recovery if your registered device is lost. You are responsible for the security of any device on which you register a biometric credential: if you share your device unlock with someone, they may be able to sign in to leveair as you. You may remove any registered device at any time from Settings → Security.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using leveair, you agree to:

  • Upload only documents you own or have the legal right to store and share.
  • Ensure that any documents or information you share via LeveShare links are accurate and that you have the right to share them with the intended recipients.
  • Not attempt to access another user’s data or circumvent security measures.
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of leveair.
  • Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service.
  • Respect the privacy of link recipients — you are responsible for sending LeveShare links only to individuals who expect to receive them.
  • Follow our Acceptable Use Policy in Section 4a below.

4a. Acceptable Use Policy

leveair is built to help legitimate businesses and individuals share documents safely. The following uses are strictly prohibited. Violating any of these may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and (for illegal activity) referral to law enforcement.

Illegal content. You may not use leveair to store, share, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law, including:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance and will report violations to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
  • Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hate crimes.
  • Content that violates court orders, sanctions, or export control laws.
  • Drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, or other illicit trade-related materials.

Malicious technical use. You may not:

  • Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, or any executable designed to harm recipients’ systems.
  • Use LeveShare links for phishing, credential harvesting, or impersonation of another person or entity.
  • Use the service as part of a command-and-control system, botnet, or other attack infrastructure.
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or degrade the service (DoS, automated abuse, fuzzing).
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without prior written authorization. Security researchers may contact us at hello@gocue.ai to coordinate responsible disclosure.

Privacy and harassment. You may not:

  • Upload or share another person’s personal information (government IDs, financial records, medical records, private messages) without that person’s consent or another lawful basis.
  • Use leveair to harass, threaten, dox, or stalk any person.
  • Share non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Send LeveShare links to recipients you do not have a legitimate reason to contact — leveair is not a marketing or cold-outreach platform.

Intellectual property. You may not share content that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others. See Section 4b for our DMCA takedown process.

Spam and bulk distribution. leveair links are designed for targeted document sharing with known recipients. You may not use the service to send bulk unsolicited communications, send mass identical files to large recipient lists, or evade anti-spam systems.

Regulated industries. leveair is general-purpose software and is not certified for use with regulated data including: Protected Health Information (PHI under HIPAA), payment card data subject to PCI-DSS (other than via Stripe), or classified government information. Do not use leveair to process this data.

Enforcement. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement. We will, where possible, notify affected account holders of the action taken. For violations involving illegal content, we may preserve evidence and act without prior notice.

Reporting violations. To report a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, email us at hello@gocue.ai with the subject line “AUP Report” and include the LeveShare link or account in question, the nature of the violation, and any evidence you can share. We will respond within 5 business days.

4b. DMCA Copyright Policy

leveair respects intellectual property rights. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

To submit a takedown notice for content shared through leveair that you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notification to our designated agent that includes all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the LeveShare URL).
  • Your contact information (mailing address, phone number, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Designated Copyright Agent.

GO CUE AI, INC. — leveair DMCA Agent
Email: hello@gocue.ai (subject line: “DMCA Notice”)

Counter-notification. If your content was removed under a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringer policy. Accounts associated with repeated infringement notices may be suspended or terminated, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

False claims. Submitting a knowingly false notice may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please consult an attorney before submitting if you are unsure whether you have a valid claim.

5. LeveShare Links

When you create a LeveShare link, you understand and agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for the content shared through your links. Do not share documents you do not have the right to distribute.
  • Recipients who open your link may be asked to enter their email address. That email is used solely to verify identity, log access, and enforce the access controls you have configured.
  • Viewer consent. When you enable email-gate access on a link, recipients must confirm their email address and agree to leveair's Terms and Privacy Policy before gaining access. Those documents disclose that a recipient's email address and access activity — including views, downloads, and field-level copy events — are logged and visible to you as the sender (see “Access tracking” above and the Privacy Policy). Recipients must explicitly acknowledge this before gaining access. By using leveair's email-gate feature, you agree that this consent mechanism satisfies your obligation to inform recipients that their activity is being tracked.
  • Access log detail. Access logs capture field-level copy events. When a viewer copies a document field value (such as a reference number, policy number, or issuing authority), that action is recorded in your log, identifying the specific field label that was copied.
  • Access logs generated by your links (who viewed it, when, and what they did) are available to you in your account and are retained for up to 1 year.
  • You may revoke a link at any time. Revocation takes effect immediately and prevents all further access, including for viewers who were previously authorized.
  • You may configure per-viewer permissions, including download access, upload permissions, and individual expiration dates.
  • If you enable viewer uploads on a link, files submitted by viewers are stored securely in your vault and are your responsibility to manage and delete as needed. Files submitted by viewers remain as your organization's records even if a viewer later removes themselves from the link — removal anonymizes the viewer's email in your records but does not delete the files.
  • You may enable one-time code (OTP) verification to require viewers to prove they control the email address used to access your link. This prevents credential sharing.
  • Viewer access restriction. You may permanently restrict specific email addresses from accessing a particular shared link. Restricted viewers receive a standard access-unavailable message that does not disclose the specific reason for restriction. If a restricted viewer submits a data deletion request, their identifying information will be removed from the restriction record but the restriction itself will be retained to preserve your security settings.
  • Bot protection. To protect your links from automated abuse, leveair runs an invisible security challenge when a viewer requests email verification. No interaction is required from legitimate viewers.

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data and documents you upload to leveair. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the leveair service to you. This license ends when you delete your data or your account.

For full details on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

7. AI Document Analysis

leveair includes an optional AI Insights feature that analyzes documents you upload to identify metadata such as document title, category, issuer, and reference number, and to calculate suggested renewal and expiration deadlines from document context. This feature is powered by a third-party AI service (Anthropic).

By using AI Insights, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Document text or page images from your uploaded PDFs may be sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. The full document file is never transmitted.
  • AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-suggested information before saving it to your vault.
  • By saving a document, you confirm that the information stored is accurate to the best of your knowledge. leveair is not responsible for errors in document metadata that you have saved without verification.
  • AI-calculated renewal and expiration deadlines are derived from document context and must be independently verified with the original issuing authority before being relied upon. They do not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.
  • leveair and GO CUE AI, INC. are not liable for any consequences — including missed renewals, lapsed coverage, or compliance failures — arising from reliance on AI-generated metadata.

Organization administrators may disable AI Insights entirely from Settings → Organization. When disabled, no document content is transmitted to Anthropic.

8. Viewer Inbox and Data Rights

leveair provides a Viewer Inbox at leveair.com/my-links where recipients of LeveShare links can view all links shared with their email address without creating an account. Access requires email verification each session. No persistent account or password is created.

Through the Viewer Inbox, viewers may:

  • View all LeveShare links that have been shared with their email address.
  • Remove themselves from an individual organization's links or from all links at once. Email verification is required. Before removal proceeds, viewers must check two acknowledgment boxes confirming: (1) that their email address and access history will be permanently anonymized in that organization's records, and (2) that files they submitted to the organization are the organization's records and will not be deleted. Removal takes effect immediately.

When a viewer removes themselves, their email address is anonymized (replaced with "[redacted]") in access logs and upload records — the log entries themselves are retained for organization analytics. Files submitted through LeveShare links remain in the organization's vault with the viewer's email anonymized. If a sender has restricted a viewer's email address from a specific link, that restriction record is also anonymized upon removal — the viewer's identifying information is removed, but the restriction itself is retained to preserve the sender's security settings. Viewers who attempt to access a restricted link will receive a standard access-unavailable message and will not be informed of the specific reason for restriction.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep leveair available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes.

10. Payment and Billing

Certain features of leveair require a paid subscription. If you choose a paid plan:

  • Payment is processed by Stripe on behalf of GO CUE AI, INC.
  • Your free trial begins when you start your subscription. No charge is made until the trial period ends.
  • One trial per user. The 7-day free trial is offered once per user, on the first leveair account you create yourself. If you later create additional accounts, those additional accounts require a valid payment method at checkout and are billed immediately at the standard monthly rate, with no further trial period. Joining another user's account as a member does not affect your eligibility for a free trial on an account you later create yourself.
  • Member access. When you join another user's leveair account as a member, you do not own that account or its subscription. The account owner controls billing, membership, roles, and the organization's content, and may remove your access at any time. Members have read access to the organization's vault and shared links as configured by the underlying access controls; members do not have administrative privileges. Membership does not transfer any ownership of the account, data, or subscription to you. Deleting your own leveair user account removes you from every account you belong to as a member, but does not delete the accounts themselves.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis after the trial.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Contact us at hello@gocue.ai for billing inquiries.
  • Subscription modifications. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, adjust pricing, or discontinue specific plan tiers at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any material pricing changes to active subscribers via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of leveair after a notified price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

11. Account Termination

You can end your relationship with leveair at any time through two distinct paths, available in Settings:

  • Delete a single account. Admins can delete an individual account (organization) they own via the trash icon next to that account in Settings → Account. This permanently deletes the account, its spaces, documents, members, and stored data, and immediately cancels its Stripe subscription. Your leveair login and any other accounts you belong to remain unaffected. You cannot delete an account if it is the only one you own — use the option below to leave leveair entirely instead.
  • Delete your leveair user account. In Settings → Privacy → Delete my leveair account, you can permanently close your leveair login and personal profile. Any accounts you own are deleted along with their data and Stripe subscriptions. Accounts you joined as a member will continue without you — only your access is removed. This action requires you to type "DELETE" to confirm and cannot be undone.

In both cases, deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain a recoverable copy of your data after deletion. All LeveShare links associated with a deleted account are deactivated at the same time and become inaccessible to recipients.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except in cases of serious violations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GO CUE AI, INC. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of leveair, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
  • Service interruptions or downtime.
  • Actions taken by third parties using content you shared through a LeveShare link.
  • Consequences of sharing sensitive documents with incorrect recipients.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

leveair is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GO CUE AI, INC. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of leveair shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

15. Third-Party Integrations

leveair offers optional integrations with third-party platforms to make it easier to import documents into your vault. By connecting a third-party service, you agree to that service's own terms of service and privacy policy.

Google Drive. When you use the "Import from Google Drive" feature, leveair requests read-only access to your Google Drive files to download the file you select. Connecting Google Drive does not grant leveair ongoing access to your Drive — access is limited to the moment of import. The file is copied into your leveair vault as a snapshot; subsequent changes to the original file in Google Drive will not be reflected in leveair. You may revoke leveair's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google Ads (ad attribution). If you accept Marketing cookies in our cookie banner, we load Google Ads' gtag.js to measure whether you arrived via one of our ad campaigns and to attribute conversion events (signup, paid subscription) for campaign reporting. This involves transmitting limited information (page URL, referrer, event names) to Google. We do not use this data to build personalized advertising profiles or serve you ads on other sites. You can decline Marketing cookies at any time to prevent any data being sent to Google — see our Privacy Policy § 9b for your CPRA opt-out rights.

leveair is not responsible for data, content, or practices of any third-party platform you choose to connect. We do not store your third-party credentials.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice within the application. Your continued use of leveair after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
